As a conference centre, Dillington combines history with contemporary facilities, providing an inspirational business environment to make your meeting, residential conference, recruitment or training event, a resounding success. We have 13 well-appointed meeting rooms suitable for delegate numbers ranging from 2 to 160. Each room, all with natural daylight, can provide alternative layouts to best suit your event and can be designed to provide areas for exhibitions, displays and refreshments. IT equipment for presentations etc. is available and there is free hardwired or wireless internet access.
Should your delegates require overnight accommodation, we have 40 en-suite bedrooms. Our traditional rooms vary from grand and elegant to smaller but charming. Alternatively, those in the recently completed Hyde centre are stylishly contemporary – most with private deck areas and distant views across the countryside.
Dillington is famed for its excellent and generous homemade cooking. All our food is prepared and cooked on the premises using local, seasonal produce and featuring a wide range of culinary styles. We offer a full breakfast spread, a three course buffet lunch and table service dinner. There is also a bar to allow delegates to relax and exchange thoughts on the day’s proceedings.
