DESCRIPTION:\nAnother chance to make art quilts. This time we will be focusing on a technique to give an impressionist look to our quilts. Ferret will show you how to prepare a pattern from your own photographs\, but you will be supplied a pattern to get you started right away. You will learn how a computer programme can help you produce a pattern\, and how stitching holds your pieces together\, quilts your quilt and adds detail all at the same time. You don’t need any artistic skills\, just a desire for a fun weekend of quilt making. If you have been to one of Ferret’s other art quilt classes and would like to bring along a project you’ve started\, please feel free to do so. \n\n \n
