Elisabeth’s focus is on helping you to make real progress in your flute-playing journey. This 4-day course includes flute choir\, chamber music\, technique classes\, also included is an individual lesson. There will also be yoga and Feldenkrais sessions to deal with tension in your playing and the opportunity to work on issues around performance anxiety.
