This is the twenty-seventh day school on the music of a single composer to be held in Chichester, and the nineteenth to take place in Vicars’ Hall, the college hall built in the later 14th century as part of the accommodation for the cathedral’s choral ‘vicars’.
The venue has many features, including its warm acoustic, which make it ideal for musical events, while the recent refurbishments have enabled full disabled access. There are numerous establishments nearby for lunch, including the Cathedral’s own Cloisters Café.
Advance booking is strongly recommended, since all previous day schools have sold out several weeks in advance.
