DESCRIPTION:\nMurray Ince lives and works on the Isle of Wight.  He has 17 years’ experience of fine art tuition\, including residential breaks\, tutoring courses for the local further education college\, and teaching and demonstrating to art societies and groups.  He offers private tuition from his studio in Totland Bay\, covering different media and genres in fine art and crafts. \nThis six day holiday\, focusing on painting with pastels\, is suitable for the complete beginner. Murray says that anybody can learn to paint and will tell all you need to know about this most expressive of mediums and demonstrate all of the techniques needed to create great paintings. As these holidays are of a very relaxed nature the numbers of guests are small and this allows for much one to one tuition. You will learn how to paint skies\, trees\, water distance\, middle distance and foregrounds giving you the techniques to paint landscapes\, as well as arming you with the basic skills to paint anything you fancy\, including animals\, flowers and still life. \nThe holiday includes the cost of a day’s excursion to Porlock Weir. \n\n \n
