Reiki can benefit the physical\, emotional\, mental and spiritual body and can be helpful for numerous conditions from back pain and insomnia to depression\, stress & anxiety. Reiki works alongside other complementary therapies or medication/medical treatment.   \nRelax and unwind with a reiki and walking retreat in the heart of the French countryside staying at  De Tout Coeur Limousin – our 19th century rustic & rural country house.  \nEnjoy daily relaxing reiki treatments and explore the natural surroundings of the Millevaches Natural Park – with daily walking routes available for all abilities. From the Lac de Vassiviere (just minutes from our front door) to the magical pine forest tracks and trails – a nurturing experience for lovers of nature and the countryside. \n \nA chance to relax\, retreat and experience a haven of peace and tranquility in the Limousin countryside in rural SW France.
