Gain a feel for the whole subject of garden design on this one day course, just in time for spring and summer. Whether new to gardening, or an old hand, you will acquire an understanding of how design is used to enhance gardens, through assessing and analysing what you have to work with, sketching and then drawing up a master plan and planting schedule.

You will also look very briefly at a history of garden design, and the principles of plant rhythm, balance and colour.
