Yoga today is often seen as physical fitness. While Yoga keeps us fit and healthy, it also offers more. Yoga is a science of life that supports our mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Come to these mornings to enjoy gentle physical postures suitable for all, including those with injuries or restrictions; breathing to calm and energise the mind; meditation. Each session will include different physical and breathing practices, and practical discussion of applications of Yoga philosophy in our daily lives. There are four morning courses in this series.
