Guitar Weekends have been providing top quality residential guitar courses since 1995 for guitarists of all ability levels across most genres such as country, blues, rock, jazz, folk, etc. Check out our web site for a full description of the courses on offer – including guitar maintenance).

The weekends are held at superb venues situated in restful countryside locations in the south (The Cotswolds) and the north (The Lake District). They’re pretty busy affairs, starting on a Friday evening and finishing on a Sunday afternoon with structured instruction throughout from a tutor specialised in the specific style; the weekends are also peppered with ample opportunities to mix and play with other like-minded hobbyists, sometimes late into the evening!

We pride ourselves on our approach and format. Our delegate hand-outs are second-to-none and our tutors are all top UK teachers who perform gigs regularly. The weekends offer a relaxed and fun environment in which to play and learn but we also intend to inspire you to keep improving once you’ve returned home.
