Why not treat yourself or a friend with an early Christmas present? Arrive at 4pm for afternoon tea with Christmas cake. Check into your bedroom and prepare for our Gourmet Dinner. Following a pre dinner aperitif join your fellow guests in the Dining Room for a seasonal feast.

Trio of Pork (Fillet, Belly & Faggot)
Apple Mash, Roasted Root Vegetables with Sage, Buttered Baby Leeks, Calvados Jus
Farmhouse Vegetable & Butterbean Steamed Pudding,
Bubble & Squeak, Red Onion Gravy (V)
Apple & Blackberry Pie with Christmas Pudding Ice Cream
Belgian Chocolate Truffle & Raspberry Tart with Clotted Cream

Then retire to bed in preparation for Breakfast served from 8.45-9.30am in the dining room with specialities including pastries, croissants, fresh fruit, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs in addition to our usual breakfast selection.
From 10.15am – 11.15am join Knuston’s team for a talk on how to cater for Christmas Day in style. There will be suggestions for how to make the perfect Christmas Lunch as well as what to drink on the day with wine and cocktail suggestions.
At 12.00pm there will be an aperitif served in the foyer followed by Sunday lunch served in the Dining Room. Yes there will be Roast Turkey and all the trimmings as part of the three course meal. Finish with mulled wine, mince pies and carols the lounge.
