No Slowing Down for Us…

It always amazes me when people say that August is a quiet time for Dillington. Nothing could be further from the truth. Certainly it is the case that many businesses – including County Hall – go into partial hibernation as colleagues take a family holiday – but we are hard at it throughout. This month we have already had our annual Classical Guitar Summer School and Festival and for the last two weeks we’ve led the Dillington Summer School. This coming week will be week three – Summer School Active – lots of courses during the week including excursions out and about. Last week we also hosted Clarks International (yes, the Somerset shoe people) who stayed with their colleagues from Boston, USA to discuss business. Oh yes, and we’ve had a wedding every Saturday too. So there you have it, a house full of people, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Lots of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Phew!
