We will warm up gently by easing into exercises and become more aware of our posture, balance and ability to release tension. Whilst working on flowing Dao Yin exercises we may notice improvements in coordination. Then we will focus on Yang style Tai Chi, looking at some of the forms in detail and flowing through a sequence at an even pace. These morning courses are suitable for men and women and beginners are very welcome. Individual sessions or the 4-week series of courses can be booked, to work on a complete set of Dao Yin exercises and gain a broader understanding of Tai Chi.
